Listing a new construction home is all about showcasing what makes it unique. I always start by working closely with the builder to highlight the craftsmanship and design that sets it apart from anything else on the market.

From there, I do a deep dive into the local market to make sure we’re pricing it right—competitive but still maximizing its value. Then, it’s about building a marketing plan with high-quality photos, virtual tours, and a mix of online and offline strategies to get the right buyers’ eyes on it.

The goal is to make sure the home stands out and sells to the perfect buyer!
