      I worked with Jay Hardy of Spivey Realty Group in Aberdeen for the sale of my family home after my father’s passing. Given that it was the end of a huge chapter in my life I was experiencing a lot of emotions-grief and sadness-over having to sell. I had watched my father build this house by himself in 1958 and it was truly a labor of love and his life’s work. Jay was very respectful and reverential which I greatly appreciated. I knew that he had not been in this business for a long time however he exhibited a thorough knowledge of real estate protocols and a very comprehensive grasp of his duties as my agent. He was always kind and congenial even if I was interrupting him for the fifth time that day or while he was just sitting down to dinner. And if I had a question for which he had no answer, then he would make every effort to resolve that issue. My husband and I had little help available to us so it was greatly appreciated that Jay was always willing to pitch in and carry furniture or do whatever was needed at that moment. He is a wonderful young man with a great future ahead and I would happily recommend him as your agent!
