Focus Areas

Here’s a list of local resources who can help with Maintenace items on your home:

002. Deep Cleaning: making your home feel move in ready

One of the most daunting but crucial parts of preparing to sell, is cleaning and decluttering your home. Go room by room determining if the items inside it are moving to the next home with you or if not, now is the time to donate or toss. This decluttering will make your home feel more organized, more spacious, and easier to move once your home closes. Deep cleaning inside and out gives your home a fresh facelift and feel move in ready. Check our to-do list below important spaces to remember. Selling can be overwhelming, consider having your home deep cleaned by one of our resources above to help lighten your load!

003 Home Styling- This is how we present the final product for photos and showings

Below is a list of simple strategies to make your home feel bigger, brighter and more inviting! Do you have a vacant home? here’s a few reasons to consider staging it.

How does staging help?
Visualization is Key-

What buyers want to see –

Over 93% of buyer’s agents say that staging has at least some effect on the buyer’s view of the home.

Increasing your value –

Home staging is all about showcasing your home in the best light possible. A survey by Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corp. found that staged homes sell for up to 6% above asking price.

Selling it faster –

We believe creating a strong first impression is key to getting people in the door. Once staged, homes spend an average of 73% less time on the market.

How it works

001. Tell your agent

Let your SRG agent know you would like to have your home styled before putting it on the market. It’s a 1% fee paid out of closing which means no money out of pocket!

002. Hand over Keys

We work with your agent and photographer to set up prior to activation date. It stays in the home for 30 days or once passed inspection period before we remove it. You won’t need to lift a finger (or a couch).

003. It’s that simple

Removal and clean up happens after all the dirty showings leaving your home ready for it’s new owners, once documents are signed at closing, we will be officially complete!
